How much does the shipping cost?

We ship free above €100,-!
We ship within 48 hours ( Sunday not included)
Shipping takes between 3 - 14 business days for the delivery (during busy Christmas season it is quite likely to take the maximum estimated time) 

Out of stock policy?

When a product is out of stock, you can still order it. We try to ship within 14 days.
The delivery time will  be between 14 - 31 business days.

Can I track my order?

Of course! We provide the tracking number for every kind of shipping.

What’s your return policy?

If there is a problem with the product you purchased you can return it and get full refund within 7 days; replace or repair it within 30 days. The shipping cost is on us if the return or exchange is caused by our fault. But please tell us BEFORE you ship the product, and inform us beforehand of the shipping method and cost - we might offer a better one.

Customs

The following are not included in pricing: customs fees, tariffs or duties. There is a possibility for orders to non EU countries to be charged with customs fees upon arrival. It's not possible for us to predict the extent of these costs. This is the responsibility of the customer.

We are not able to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at check out.
