How much does shipping cost?

For orders under €100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Why does shipping take 5-6 business days?
At SCULF, we believe true luxury cannot be rushed. Each piece undergoes our meticulous creation process:

RETURNS & POLICIES

What's your return policy?
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If there's any issue:

  • 7 days: Full refund for defective/wrong items
  • 30 days: Free repair or replacement
    We cover return shipping if it's our error. Important: Email hi@sculf.com before returning your item.

What about customs fees?
For non-EU customers:

  • Customs fees may apply (determined by your country)
  • These are the recipient's responsibility
  • We must declare full order value (no exceptions)
